Welcome to BookMyDentist ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). BookMyDentist is operated by VCPility and provides a comprehensive dentist empowerment system that connects dental professionals with patients worldwide while offering business growth tools, resources, and support services.

By accessing or using BookMyDentist, whether as a dental professional ("Dentist") or as a patient seeking dental services ("Patient" or "User"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BookMyDentist. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Platform Services

2.1 For Dentists

BookMyDentist provides dentists with a comprehensive empowerment system including:

• Enhanced practice visibility and professional profile management
• Automated patient booking and appointment management tools
• AI-powered communication and patient engagement systems
• Business growth resources, analytics, and insights
• Professional development opportunities and coaching
• Dedicated support and platform guidance
• Access to dental tourism and NRI patient networks

Dentists pay subscription fees to access these services. Subscription terms are detailed in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2.2 For Patients

BookMyDentist provides patients with:

• Free access to verified dentist profiles and clinic information
• Online appointment booking system (no booking fees)
• Dentist search and comparison tools
• Access to dental tourism opportunities worldwide

BookMyDentist does not charge patients for using the Platform or booking appointments. All treatment fees and consultation charges are paid directly to the dental clinic.

2.3 Platform Role

BookMyDentist acts as a facilitator connecting dentists and patients. We do not provide dental services, medical advice, or treatment. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcomes of dental services provided by dentists listed on our Platform.

3. User Eligibility & Account Registration

3.1 Dentist Eligibility

• Must hold a valid dental license in the jurisdiction where you practice
• Must provide accurate credentials, qualifications, and clinic information
• Must comply with all applicable dental regulations and professional standards
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Applications are subject to verification and approval by BookMyDentist

3.2 Patient Eligibility

• Must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
• Must provide accurate personal and contact information
• Must use the Platform in accordance with these Terms

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. BookMyDentist is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

4. Dentist Obligations & Responsibilities

• Professional Standards: Maintain all required licenses, certifications, and professional standards in your jurisdiction.
• Accurate Information: Provide and maintain accurate, current information about your qualifications, services, and clinic details.
• Patient Care: Provide professional dental services in accordance with applicable laws and ethical standards.
• Communication: Respond to patient inquiries and appointment requests in a timely manner.
• Compliance: Comply with all applicable healthcare regulations, data protection laws, and professional guidelines.

5. Patient Responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal and medical information when booking appointments
• Attend scheduled appointments or cancel with reasonable notice
• Pay treatment fees directly to the dental clinic as agreed
• Treat dental professionals and clinic staff with respect
• Follow post-treatment instructions provided by your dentist

6. Fees & Payments

6.1 Dentist Subscriptions

Dentists pay subscription fees to access our platform services. Fees are billed according to the selected plan (monthly or annual). All fees are subject to applicable taxes.

6.2 Patient Fees

BookMyDentist does not charge patients for platform access or appointment bookings. Treatment fees are determined by and paid directly to the dental clinic.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by BookMyDentist or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

BookMyDentist shall not be liable for:

• The quality, safety, or outcomes of dental services provided by dentists
• Any disputes between dentists and patients
• Service interruptions or technical issues beyond our reasonable control
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Platform use

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BookMyDentist, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with Platform operation or security
• Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without authorization
• Engage in spam, harassment, or abusive behavior

12. Termination

12.1 Voluntary Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Dentists should refer to our Refund Policy for information on subscription cancellations.

12.2 Termination by BookMyDentist

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these Terms or applicable laws
• Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
• Non-payment of subscription fees (for dentists)
• Abusive or inappropriate behavior

13. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating formal dispute resolution, please contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kerala, India.

14. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BookMyDentist.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver of such right.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
